About Us:

'Ano'ai me ke aloha! We are Nā Mamo, a non-profit organization committed to bringing to light the rich heritage of the Pacific Islander and Indigenous communities across Texas. Nā Mamo means the descendants, and we come from long and beautiful lines of Native cultures. Our mission is to create a platform where these communities can be seen, their stories told, and their cultures celebrated as they are passed on to the next generation.

For the past 40 years, through a series of community events and educational programs, we've aimed to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for the diverse indigenous populations that have been an integral part of Texas’s history for hundreds, and thousands, of years.
